Ladarius was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and even brought our new car to our home!! Then when we needed my mother's signatures on a few documents, he went with me to her home so that she wouldn't have to get out, being 83 years old. All of the managers were so friendly and kind, they all came and introduced themselves, then 1 of the managers came with me to the car to set up my onstar feature and made sure it was working before I left to go home. Great experience. The sales and finance staff was professional and provided solutions and answers to the questions we had to facilitate the sale. Mr. Locketts was on point and did what was necessary to get the deal done!! Great work Serra!!

Service takes to long. Came in for oil and filter change. Had appointment for 7am and did not finish until 8:45am.

Jose and Vicki were outstanding. Worked with me to get what I wanted and in my price range. Very friendly and courteous. Completely satisfied.
